the pe-isit
You’ll receive a text and email confirmation once your appointment has been booked. I will also reach out by email and send you a copy of my digital consultation form which will have some questions about your goals for your hair so I can be prepared for our appointment. I'll include all the info you'll need about how to find the salon, where to park, etc.
the onsultatio
I want to know as much about you and your hair as possible! We will have a thorough discussion about your lifestyle, goals for your hair, likes and dislikes, maintenance schedule, and home hair routine. We will look at photos to make sure we’re on the same page and we will go over your digital consultation form as well.
Once the service begins, feel free to sit back and relax with a beverage. I love to get to know my guests and chat about everything from your weekend plans to your favorite shows and books, but if you would prefer to sit quietly or get some work done, that’s totally fine! This is your time!
fter your isit
My top priority is making sure you love your hair. After you leave you’ll have 7 days to play around with your new look in different lighting and decide if any adjustments need to be made. During that time I’ll reach out via text to make sure everything is working well and you still love your hair. I enthusiastically welcome your feedback!
